I’m Juliet Joseph, the founder of Joy Squared LLC, named in honor of my late father, who was a tremendous inspiration in my life. "Joy" is not only my middle name but also a tribute to the values he instilled in me—passion, dedication, and a commitment to making a positive impact.

From a young age, I’ve been involved in nonprofit work through civic and community engagement, and that passion has only grown stronger. After graduating, I focused on sharpening my skills in accounting, human resources, operations, and grant management, which enabled me to offer comprehensive support to organizations.

With years of experience consulting for nonprofits of all sizes, I’ve developed a unique ability to address diverse challenges and needs. My mission is to help nonprofits reach their full potential by providing tailored solutions in areas like financial management, operational efficiency, and grant acquisition.
